The refurbishment of the high-rise blocks transforms the external appearance of the buildings and the interiors have been designed as a modern open plan living space which focus on the fantastic views of the estuary. The show apartment was important in conveying the quality living spaces to new and existing residents.

As part of HLP’s commission for the refurbishment of the multi-storey tower blocks at Greenfields Place, HLP were also commissioned to carry out the interior design of two show flats for marketing purposes. As part of the design HLP not only produced detailed layouts, and colour schemes but also sourced all of the fittings and furniture required. The interior design also had to reflect the contemporary design of the refurbished external elevations.

Our interior designer visited site and dressed the flats to ensure that while promoting the flats, they also reflected true living possibilities for the residents. HLP also used state of the art visualisation software to model the interiors of the new upper floor flats prior to their completion to help with advance marketing.
