We’re looking for someone who thrives when working across a range of projects and workstreams. This role would particularly suit an individual looking to progress towards a future management position within the practice.
Candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm and a flair for design, alongside a proven ability to deliver high-quality work.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary design team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Organised, imaginative, and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
- Working knowledge of ArchiCAD is desirable, but not necessary
- A creative and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Experience managing projects up to £15m in value (including both traditional and Design & Build contracts)

This role would particularly suit an individual looking to further develop their technical expertise and take on increasing responsibility within a growing architectural practice. Candidates should demonstrate a thorough understanding of construction technology, building regulations, and the technical delivery of projects, alongside a proactive and collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team.

This role will provide the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects and gain experience across both design and technical aspects of architectural practice. You will work alongside experienced architects and technologists who will provide guidance and support as you continue to develop your professional skills and progress towards further architectural qualifications.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for architecture, a flair for design, and a desire to learn. Candidates should be able to demonstrate creativity, strong graphic communication skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Valued Skills:
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative design team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with colleagues and project stakeholders
