A medical centre for a local practice which is designed around a central atrium bringing light and ventilation into the heart of the plan. The centre is designed for future expansion of services as the healthcare offer develops.

The Orchard was developed on a very tight site, the building was built in phases to allow the Doctors Practice to operate during construction.  It is designed around a central light-well creating a well lit, naturally ventilated, healthy core.

The Orchard design is modern but responds to the historic context of Bromborough with sandstone and white render contrasting with a copper green patina cladding system.
