After extensive and productive discussions with Liverpool City Council we have now received planning approval for our scheme at Hale Road.  The development for South Liverpool Homes and Avela Developments will start on site later this year and is due to complete early 2021.  The scheme involves refurbishment of three listed cottages with associated outbuilding and seventeen new bungalows with communal gardens.
