The second phase of the successful redevelopment of the Welsh Streets by Plus Dane has received planning permission.  The design by HLP creates modern house types in a traditional setting that provide a variety of two and three bedroom properties including innovative two into one properties delivering energy efficient homes with modern interiors and good sized gardens.
