Dukes Terrace is the last remaining back-to-back housing in Liverpool and is Grade II-listed. The terrace has been restored and converted to apartments.
The Grade II* Merchants Houses were carefully taken down and reconstructed using salvaged original materials.
Together with two modern blocks introduced to the site, this group now provides a highly desirable city-centre residential complex around two landscaped courtyards, incorporating the refurbished statue of William Huskisson. The modern elements frame the new spaces and provide a 70-place nursery and apartment.
